FWD is a next-generation skills, training, research and innovation programme helping businesses, employees and learners to be future-ready.

A disruptive collaboration between B&NES Council, Bath College, Bath Spa University and the University of Bath fusing science, arts, creativity, and technology.

Accelerating learning and development, with business leaders co-designing the syllabus, FWD will improve problem-solving, systems thinking and workplace understanding. This increases career choices for learners and those wanting to return to work. The curriculum provides development opportunities for current employees. And FWD will provide a talent pipeline of enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, and work-ready people for businesses in the region.

Enrolment in the FWD Project will be free of any costs to those individuals who are accepted on to the programmes. The FWD Project is funded by the West of England Combined Authority and Registration will open shortly so please check this page regularly.
