About this course
This three-day course teaches you about different communication styles, how to be an active listener, and how to maintain professional boundaries in the workplace.
By the end of the course, you’ll be able to state what mental health is and understand some of the protective and risk factors around mental health and how adverse experiences can impact a person’s behaviours.
